How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime from your member settings. Go to your member page and click ‘Cancel Membership’ under the billing section. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 30 days of your initial purchase. Contact us with your details and we will help you out.

How do I change my credit card or payment method?

Log into the member portal and go to the billing section. Click ‘Update Payment Method’ and enter your new card information. Your next billing will use the new payment method.

What if I'm having trouble accessing Hotline?

First, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If you're still having issues, check your internet connection and try using a different browser. Contact support if problems persist.

How do I update my information?

You can update your personal information, email address, and preferences from your member settings page. Changes to your email address will require verification.

Is my data secure with Hotline?

Yes, we take data security seriously. All communications are encrypted, and we follow industry best practices for data protection. Read more in our privacy policy.

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

Currently, we don't offer membership pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe anytime. Your history and preferences will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation.

How do I contact support outside of business hours?

You can contact us anytime, and we'll respond within 24 hours. For urgent issues, leave a detailed message and we'll prioritize your request.
